According to Wikipedia a Tooltip or Infotip is a User Graphical Interface element and is prevalent on most websites as popup titles to external links!
There are a few things you are going to need. A text editor like Dreamweaver or Notepad++ and an FTP Client like Filezilla once you have all of those you can then get to work! make sure you are connected to your website with filezilla so that you can easily upload the the files to your website the filezilla website shows you how.
step one create the CSS that will style up your tooltips. Open up your favorite text editor and create a file called tooltips-css.css and insert the following code:
For the Prettify to work you are also going to need 1 more CSS file called prettify.css so go ahead and create that file with the following code:
Then the final file is called tooltips.js so go ahead and create that one and use the following code:
